When I switch my input format to something other than Nicedit, the content that I've enter doesn't save. It get it to work I have to switch the input format, save, then edit and save again. I've seen a few post about this issue, but I couldn't really make out if this issue was solved.

I think this was fixed in 6.x-2.4, can you confirm that?
If so, this is a duplicate of #1132142: nicEdit doesn't remove its submit event handler.
