Installed panels-5.x just fine. Enabled just fine.
Went to Administer >> Site Building >> Panels. Selected 'add' and clicked on a format, then got this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _views_get_default_views() in /home/site/public_html/modules/panels/content_types/views.inc on line 56

same problem here. just downloaded http://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/drupal/files/projects/panels-5.x-1.0.tar.gz tonight.

Mine's similar. When I choose what column setup to use, I just get a blank white page. I have to press back, then it's as if nothing happened.
