Making the 'view cart' link translatable so string overide works.

Firstly thanks for any help. Its a simple question I want to use string replace to change the 'view cart' link to read 'view bag'. Only it will no beacuse i suspect its not translateable. Where in the module and how would I patch it with a 't' so its then translateable and string replace will work.
