I have a tagadelic module and i would like to show some tag clouds in block but it's show me just 1 tag with link: taxonomy/term/4 after i click more tags (/tagadelic/chunk/3) i have screen with only that one tag. But after that when i am click TAGS (tagadelic/chunk) i have a list with all tags witch is correct but they are not showed in block.. i can see that tags only when i go to tagadelic/chunk

You seem to misunderstand the concept of tags (terms) and vocabulary. I suggest you read up in the handbooks on taxonomy and categories in Drupal.
