Sorry for what may seems like a newbie question : but is there a RateUI to install for working on Drupal 7 ?

Because I can't access to any settings : I've tried admin/build/rate, admin/build/rate%20widgets, admin/structure/rate, admin/structure/rate%20widgets.

All those links lead only to their parent folder (admin or structure), and I can't seem to find any trace of rate anywhere : either in Views, or in the modules pages (the module is there and checked, but there's no "settings" link appearing).
I've flushed more than twice the cache, but it still doesn't show up... Any idea to help me please ?

I couldn't find it either. Its not at admin/build/rate, which the README.txt says.
I however found it in the Structure menu - at admin/structure/rate (I know - you say you've tried that)

This was also the case for admin/build/modules, which is admin/modules for D7.
