User Hierarchy through user fields

The functionality of module 'user role field' can be greatly enhanced with user hierarchy can be created through it. For example; Drupal core presently have 3 user types defined. Anonymous, authenticated user and administrator. Additional users are defined through creating roles. However, the roles are assigned to users manually by administrator. Under user role field module it would be possible to assign roles if certain fields are filled in by authenticated users.

For example. In a club, there are club managers and club members. Club members can be assigned higher roles automatically when they fill certain fields to meet those criteria.
