Same Fields in Multiple Content Types

When you reuse the two fields, like described in the tutorial, in multiple content types, the indexing does not work, because the function openlayers_proximity_openlayers_proximity_get_types returns just one of the content types the fields are used in.

the following patch fixed the problem for me.
