Grant rights to referenced users to a term [#1201070]

Hi !

I've juste read #1189782: Can TAC Lite use Term Reference on a User? and I thought of "what about granting user rights by user reference ?" you can easily list terms where the user is referenced on the user page or so.
Is this a planned feature ? how would you imagine the code to be changed ?

I don't understand... a reference on one user to another user? How are taxonomy terms involved in that?

Please understand "you can easily list terms where the user is referenced on the user page or so." as "you can easily list on the user page the terms with a reference to this user."

I mean a user reference on a term in order to grant the referenced user some rights on this term !
For example, on my website, I use taxonomy to classify radioshows, and radioshow terms have user references for show manager, technician etc... and it is obvious I want the show manager to have different rights on this radioshow that its technician (I cannot manage it byroles since the radioshow manager on one radioshow can be nothing more than a animator, a chronicler or a technician in another radioshow, that is to say for another term).
It would even be better if they not only could have rights on the term but also on the nodes which reference the term (which references these users)
I think this could be done by assigning a TACLite scheme to user reference fields.

This sounds very similar to #1189782: Can TAC Lite use Term Reference on a User?.

I can imagine a module, perhaps in modules/tac_lite/contrib, that introduces support for user references the same way I described for term references in the other thread. I don't have time to write this right now, but I'd look at any patches.
