Invalid argument for foreach when no fields defined

When there are no content types selected, or when all selected content types have no fields, cck_field_perms throws and invalid argument for foreach.

I received the following error:
Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/.ngu/eode/wavetekproductions.com/drupal/modules/cck_field_perms/cck_field_perms.module on line 137.

..and I updated the module, so this may be for an older version (pulled from my logs):
