codi commentedHey Risse,
Take a look at http://drupal.org/about/drupal-planet for the guidelines on your feed being included in the planet drupal aggregate. You'll need to have a specific tag for planet drupal posts as well as a feed that only pulls those posts. When tagging, make sure each post fits the guidelines appropriately.

risse commentedHey,
Alright, I have now added the feed and page for the Drupal Planet-tagged posts!

dddave commentedFeed validates, tag is in place, comments are open.
Two things: There is no recent content. I am not eager to include this feed without recent content to review.
My second issue is about the "Dome Network", the usage of advertisements (e.g. for dotCMS) and how this might affect the Trademark. I've read through the policy but although having studied law extensively this piece gives me a headache and my brain is too tired to function correctly. Is the usage here ok?

dddave commentedIn addition to #4:
Per http://drupal.org/planet/guidelines:
I am by no means sure that this site violates the Trademark but I am dubious (as said above).
Can you confirm that you've either been granted a license or you qualify for an automatic license (http://drupal.com/trademark)?
dddave commentedFeel free to reopen if there are any updates. For now closing due to lack of feedback.
risse commentedYes, this can be closed. I will transfer the content to another website, where there is no trademark issues.
