All is well in FF. But in IE, it does not immediately play the mp3 file but loads the whole file and will not buffer the file. It appears that IE hangs, but if you just wait it out, it finally loads the whole file and then begins play. Any thoughts on this?

in IE8 your link seems to play immediately. however it does show as connecting for the entirety of the file.

some more information regarding how you've set this up may aid:
what bit rate are the files that have been uploaded?
which version of the wordpress audio player was downloaded?
