Am I right to assume that there is no way to change the preset dimensions of media (files)? ????? This is outrageous!

After giving up on trying to replicate an embedded-inline-media method a la drupal 6, (I just couldn't figure out how to get videos into content body areas without having them display as images!?), I got videos working via a media field but then can't seem to assign any specific display options to that field other than the Presets which came with the module (Choosing the Media format for my field gives me just 'default/link/preview/small/large/original' as size options and I don't know where to define those size!?!)

Am I totally out to lunch is is the UI of this new media module setup?

I believe this is the domain of styles module. See this comment: #1026790-17: Allow view modes to be dynamically defined..
