There is no link to disable a flag -- such as abuse_node -- once it's been enabled. I tried unchecking all content types, but got the following error:

Flaggable content field is required.

The only option that's left to the user is to delete the flag entirely, which is not something that can be undone.

OK, tried disabling and got the following alert:

This flag is provided by the flag_abuse module. It will loose any customizations and be disabled.

The UI problem then is with /admin/structure/flags where the "delete" link should say "disable".

The alert should also use the proper form of "lose".
