When using the install-quickstart-server script on Ubuntu-Server 11.04, the xhprof and uploadprogress pecl modules aren't installing correctly. These two modules give errors when creating a new site. After installing the make package, the install-quickstart-server script correctly installs and configures the modules and subsequent site installs no longer produce errors.
