please add "Performance and scalability" package group to the info file (package = Performance and scalability)

this is not entirely correct as per Drupal standards, but please think of the admins ;)
it's really annoying to have 50-100 modules in the "Other" fieldset/tab.

many modules follow similar approach (other administration, permission and caching/performance modules) to help admins

ie, most caching modules are moving/already moved to Performance and scalability, including cacherouter, memcache, boost, blockcache_alter, css_gzip, javascript_aggregator and cdn ;)
