Comment form does not close after comment submission

Hello all,

I have come across an issue which forces me to disable ajax comments at the moment. Basically, I cannot close the comment form once I submitted a comment. Everything else works finex except this part of the module. I also had not enabled ajax plugin comment but I have the voting API module working on the same page. Could this be the problem? If not, please help me out with this.
