Pretty unbelievable, but it is happening nonetheless. I put ZG block at a very prominent position and here is what spammers put in there:
# Thanks < a href=" http :/phentermine.fatantra.info/cheap-phentermine.html ">cheap (node)
# Thanks < a href=" http :/phentermine.fatantra.info/phentermine.html ">phentermine< (node)
# Thanks < a href="http :/phentermine.fatantra.info/phentermine-adipex.html">phenter (node)
Perhaps ZG should run search strings through the spam filter (spam module?) to at least detect and remove spam URLs.

fgmLooks like you didn't heed the warning on the module page "WARNING: it is generally NOT a good idea to activate the Zeitgest latest searches block for public display, as it can be used to display inappropriate content just by searching for it"
Such spamming is a very common occurrence, and the reason why such a block should not be displayed to the public.
See http://drupal.org/node/114250 for more details.
