hi there,
in the drupal forums I read about a filter for attaching images. But I don't find it.
What modules do I have to download or to enable?
Thanks

bloomaniac commentedMy problem is that I can not find the filter to insert images in posts at the position I want them.
I read somewhere that there is such a filter!

dmjossel commentedYou are confusing two separate modules.
image_attach.module, which comes with image.module, allows you to reference an image node from another node. Its position is specified in the functions theme_image_attach_teaser and theme_image_attach_node which can be overridden in a theme's code.
The image_filter.module does something different. It allows you to type code into a node body that loads an image node. This allows you to set the position of the image. Look for the image_filter.module.
I'm running into a similar problem. In 4.x, theme_image_attach_teaser returned both the node teaser and the image code it added. It put the image at the top of the teaser; afterwards you could position it as you liked using CSS.
Now, theme_image_attach_teaser returns as output ONLY the image code, and not the teaser. node.module, I assume, is calling the theme_image_attach_teaser only after the teaser is output. So the image drops to the bottom of the node. I can't reposition it using CSS absolute positioning because not all node teasers are the same size, and relatively I can only put it to the top of its own div, which is still at the bottom of the teaser.
Anybody know a way around this? I've got way too many attached images to replace them all with image_filter tags, and I'd prefer not to hack a core module to get the old behavior.
