Dropdown menu options on settings pages are not ready to be localized (what doesn't look nice, in particular if you grant users a possibility to adjust their settings about that). I've noticed also a coment about dropdown elements more suitable for certain options some months ago, but don't remember details - in any case, it is not my idea... ;-). These by my opinion better described options (enabled and disabled instead of true and false) are also included in this patch - but, can now still be "translated" back into true or false, if someone really believes it has to be this way ;-)

I've also included Slovenian language, which is supported by TinyMCE, but was skipped in this module (whatever a reason was...), as I need it. Probably it doesn't hurt to be there for the others as well... ;-)

For the future, it would probably also be useful to give regular users a possibility to adjust more settings (inside of the limitations defined by administrator, of course). For example, I have a profile where some buttons are available for my users, but maybe some of them would like to switch many of them off (it would be nice to be able also to rearrange their position on a toolbar), not to waste space in textarea for something they don't need (useful in particular with smaller screen sizes).
