Date support moved to date module, to be removed from migrate_extras

#1180612: Support for migration

Once date module releases are out with the migration support built-in, the support in migrate_extras should be removed. Note that there may be some overlapping time where you find yourself with date support in both modules - you can use the migration configure page to disable the migrate_extras support in that case.
