User interface for the Upload module

Hello there,
I have given permission to my registered users to use the upload module.
So it would be great to be able to add a short description (like for other modules) soI could let them know size limit and staff like that.
other modules ( such as flashvideo and slideshow) use the upload module) so it would be good to be able to give instructions to users.
