I just installed the 7.x-3.0-alpha1 version of the module, and after activation and trying to assign an image to an item from a menu I get the following error:

Notice: Undefined index: image_style in menu_icons_form_submit() (line 130 of /Users/tsandoval/Proyectos/GFFWeb/htdocs/sites/all/modules/menu_icons/menu_icons.module).

The same happens with version 7.x-3.x-dev.

+1 this is a critical bug (infact this module doesn't even work), has the maintainer abandoned this module?

I believe this issue is fixed, as I can not reproduce it - it may have been fixed in #1151130: Undefined index. If you can reproduce with the latest version of the code from git, please re-open the issue and post exact steps to reproduce.
