Initial port of D6 module to D7. Be sure to use the latest Rackspace PHP Cloudfiles code from their GIT repo as a bug in the older codebase surfaces under D7 (but strangely has no effect on D6).
Made a couple minor changes to some error trapping, and since no issues have been opened on the 6.x-1.x-dev branch, marking this as the 6.x-1.0 release.
