I'm using the content-6.x-3.x-dev (CCK) so maybe this module isn't compatible with that version yet.
The Fieldsets(Groups) are normal, no multi-group.

I'm attaching some screenshots, with(not working) and without(working) fieldset, after clicking on the UPLOAD button.
