Add a duration time for a given survey

Hi,
I have a use case where I would like some special survey to be closed automatically. The usual way to do that is to set a duration in seconds which is added to the creation time and then check during cron run. As surveys are not nodes they don't have creation time. And in some cases it can take some days to set all the priorities for a given survey. Hence we need something more flexible. I have a proposal where I add two settings for each survey: a 'duration' and a 'starttime'. The duration behaves as usual where the 'starttime' requires the user to set a time in seconds from which the duration of the survey will be calculated. A screenshot for theses new settings is attached below.
