Make the modification of previous priorities an option

Hi,
I have a use case where for some surveys I don't want users to modify their previous priorities. Hence I feel the need to add a new setting where the modification is now an option. If modification is not allowed and if a user has previously voted, he will not be abble to save the modifications of his previous priorities and will receive a warning message. Two screenshots are attached to make this feature more visual.
Any interest for this feature?
