Do I miss something? I already have flash player plugin installed for IE and firefox.

Do I additionally need to install flow flash player? but this is not mentioned in the file readme.txt.

I put flowplayer.swf to the root folder of drupal, can play flv file now.

However, I still can not play swf file.
