Hidding all terms from showing for a specific vocab in the category section does not hide the vacab name.

This is fixed the head version. I'll try and backport a fix soon.

Fixed in all the latest versions. Unless I borked the releases :)

I tried the new version but it still is showing. Maybe the code didn't make it in...

It did make it in. I overlooked one instance though. If I remember correctly if the a vocabulary exists and all terms are selected not be searched the empty category form will show up. I just haven't gotten around to fix it though, should be simple enough.
