Comparing the system_settings_form()/d6 and system_settings_form()/d7 reveals that the reset button has been removed. From what I can see, this is not documented anywhere in the detailed or categorical upgrade documentation.

Fixing version and tag. However, we can't really easily document this until we find the original issue where it was done (should include a link to the issue, and need to figure out which 7.x version it was done in). And ideally, the way to get this documented would be to reopen that original issue, change the status to "needs work", and tag it "needs update documentation", and then close this issue as a duplicate.

Meanwhile, postponing this issue, because we need to know the original issue information...
