Block template based on url

Hi,

I have created a page view with following url: /export/zbozi-cz

Content of folder "templates"

• block.tpl.php
• block--export--zbozi-cz.tpl.php
• html--export--zbozi-cz.tpl.php
• node--export--zbozi-cz.tpl.php
• page.tpl.php
• page--export--zbozi-cz.tpl.php
• region.tpl.php
• region--export--zbozi-cz.tpl.php

Almost all templates affect page on url /export/zbozi-cz except block--export--zbozi-cz.tpl.php and region--export--zbozi-cz.tpl.php

How can I affect blocks and regions url for certain urls? Thank you.
