Greetings,

I am trying to find a way to organize the multisteps in categories, and have the menu items of individual steps in their respective category be indented from the category heading. This would make navigation much more intuitive in forms that have a lot of steps.

Also, and this may be really stretching it, I know, but for fields that are contingent on other fields is there a way to show their dependency in the menu (indent, etc.)?
