I want to add my own custom menu in the header area to my entire site. Can I and where do I add my menu divs? I can't seem to get this right.

I was hoping i could just drop my script in, but that apparently isnt an option. I like the Garland theme, but I all I wanted to do was tweak it a bit. I wanted to drop the header, and place my menu script in there.

Perhaps another theme?
