In Drupal 7, the proper settings path is likely:

['admin/config/content/content_lock']

Not:

['admin/settings/content_lock']

/me does a git checkout for proper patching.

D6 should probably move to admin/content/content_lock too.

Actually, nevermind that D6 comment of mine which is incorrect ;-).

Fixed, along with fixing the Locked Documents tab of admin/content, in c3d872c.
