hosting_services 6.x-1.0-beta2

In addition to the functionality in beta1, this release adds Creation, Retrieval and Update (but not Delete) services for sites and allows the use of row and offset parameters with index requests for platforms. This release marks the point where all functionality available in 0.9 has been ported to Services API 3.x.

This release also includes a feature export with a REST endpoint for services 3.x and a role with the necessary permissions to make use of the endpoint.

Issues resolved:

• #1205606: Site creation and update in 1.x does not work
• #1200126: platform index operation parameters don't work
• #1199372: Update this module to services 3.x
