Don't force (re)creation of roles / Allow editing roles

Hey

it's very annoying that we can't delete or edit the roles this module introduces - ICanLocalize manager and ICanLocalize translator. this module insists on recreating the roles after we delete/rename them.

some users want to rename them, while others want to delete them.

i for instance, would like to rename ICanLocalize translator to translator and delete ICanLocalize manager because i already have a manager role.

also, i'd like to export and import roles with no issues... something that can't be done as is.

please change this behavior.
