I can't seem to figure out how to collect the money people have donated to my website - I swear they make it hard on purpose! Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, Donorge does it on purpose, just to frustrate you.

Monday, noon, I'm still waiting.

I so wanted to post how wonderful this service is and add their link to help other non-profits -- it's such a great concept.

Ok, now I'm pretty sure I'll NEVER see any of the donations that people gave me. Donorge.org has been "moving to another server" for five days now, and the admin, Casper Planken, has now blocked email coming from me. I think he's punishing me for starting this thread. I didn't understand (until now) why he didn't simply answer the question and apologize for the confusion rather than post such an unprofessional, sarcastic reply.

I've sent three polite emails since Friday requesting my donations be deposited into my PayPal account, but not a dime has been deposited.

Anyone know where I could report him so he won't get away with doing this to other non-profits?

Please don't insist on thinking Donorge took your money, that's pretty horrible. As explained in your 'issue report', the host issue is largely beyond my control, but everything was backed up before Donorge tried to move to another server.

You will have your money today.
