Only the following formats are available for export:
Terms names
Full term definition and links
First level parents
First level children
Related terms
Synonyms terms
Full term definitions
Term descriptions
Term weights
Taxonomy manager

Whereas the full list is available for import.

Personally, I want to use the hierarchical tree structure and would be happy if only that one was added but ideally the formats would all be available.

That's right, export of the tree structure is not implemented yet. To be continued...

Tree structure export has been implemented to 7.x-5.x and 6.x-5.x releases!

Last missing export format is polyhierarchic one.
