Issue Summary
Is there a way that I can set category menu items not to be shown in the menu list if they don't have any nodes assigned to it? That means if count of nodes linked to category = 0 then don't show category in menu.

Working on category_menu today.
Good idea, will check feasability when writing better logic.

I never got around to finishing this.. It's still on my list of stuff to do.
