Hi,

I was able to put up detailed solution on migrating Taxonomy Vocabulary Relate module in Drupal 7. I am also writing 7.x version of this module that will only help user to migrate related data to Drupal 7. When its ready I will contact the module owner. In a mean while see this solution:

Probably at this point it is worth asking folks to chime in if they have found an alternative to this module.

Or perhaps is someone wants to try putting this through Coder Upgrade.
