option to change the height of the grid

This patch adds an option to change the height of the schedule weekly grid, which I find takes up too much space.
40px per hour seems good to me. It's currently 60, which I've left as the default.

This doesn't seem as good a solution to the grid size problem as http://drupal.org/node/120296, but I thought I'd start simple :)
