After I enable this module, I am now getting this Internal Server error:

array_shift() [function.array-shift]: The argument should be an array in .../public_html/drupal/includes/form.inc on line 849.

Disabling Send alleviates the problem. Is there a setting I am missing that is causing this?

As I haven't seen this behavior, and haven't seen any similar reports, I'm optimistically closing this.

Please re-open if you have any more information that would help us detect and fix this.
