It would be good to improve the help on admin/settings/bawstats by:

* Suggesting locations of directories for Debian/Ubuntu users
* Removing the "no trailing slash" requirement

It turns out that trailing slashes are dealt with already.

I have made some tweaks to the configuration page, especially for Debian/Ubuntu users.
