Wrong tooltip display

I've noticed that the alpha tooltip includes <em> and </em> formatting which is not respected, but erranuously displayed as it is here. I have no idea where it is coming from (I've checked the module code and the css code and couldn't locate it, but also otherwise I have no idea if a tooltip can be formatted at all...), but in any case it helps if I change %page into @page (as it is now in drupal 5 as much as I can see, and is also used now for a numeric pagination...).
