i would suggest menu_admin_per_menu instead of Delegate menu administration.

it's way more lighter and simpler - likewise taxonomy_delegate allows delegating control of a vocabulary (and it's terms) to a role, menu_admin_per_menu allows delegating a menu (and it's items) to a role.

Delegate menu administration allows delegating by menu item, giving much overhead and most of the time, unnecessary added control.

Thanks. Change made! The recommendation is even more apt for Drupal 7, as Delegate Menu Administration is not ported.
