I seem to have problems with the latest version of email-field:

The verification seems much to forgiving: me@x is a valid adress.

The email doesn't get displayed. The devel-module shows me, that an empty view-property is generated for the field. In fact not even the label of the email field is displayed, and nothing shows up in the logs.

Any hints what's going wrong?

sorry for the noise, the display problem is gone ... not sure what went wrong before.

That leaves the verification issue, an email-address should usually have at least 2 parts for host and domain, right?

at the moment I'm using the drupal mail verification function valid_email_address, but you are right the verfication coudl be more exact.

display problem here. i enter a vaild email address and nothing is generated. blank fields result.
