Individual nodes change well, thanks very much. I wonder how a D7 install does a batch of converts?

The instructions for bulk convert say:

Go to admin/build/node_convert_templates

But in D7 I have no "build" item to choose.

The way I've been doing bulk conversions is by going to Admin/Structure/Node Convert Templates.
Hit the "Add Node Convert Template" tab and set up your conversion rules.
Then you can use this template on the regular admin/content screen.
Check off the content you want to change and pick your Node Convert Template from the Update Options pull down.

What if you have 10,000 nodes you want to convert?
