Hi, i'm using refined by taxo module and it's great but i've noticed that only users with administrative control for nodes (ones that can edit nodes) can see it. all the others see the blocks but always empty even that they have access to the nodes to read.

I'm using TAC_lite for access control

do you know why this may happn and better - how to fix (work around) it??

I guess you need to ask this question with the TAC lite folks.

I don't know what refine by taxonomy does, but let's confirm whether tac_lite is the problem.

Try disabling tac_lite. Does the problem go away?

Download the devel module and install devel_node_access. What does the devel_node_access summary page say?
