Hi,

Tried using module from but I received this error message when I saved my path options in taxonomy vocab settings. (although the module does work)

Notice: Undefined index: mlid in _taxonomy_menu_create_item() (line 791 of var/www3/sites/all/modules/taxonomy_menu/taxonomy_menu.module)

Dan, this seems to be a problem of taxonomy_menu, as taxonomypath does nothing with the mlid. Maybe you can post the pattern you enteredfor the vocabulary.
