quiz, lottery, bank, arcade modules ???

Ok I am wondering if these mods are already on drupal or not and how hard it would be to create them.

quiz module - users can make quiz's and have different answers. have the users that take the quiz's get grades or a % of right or wrong answers

lottery - a simple lottery module for the user points system they can use there points to play the lottery and this module would need some type of log for the admin. Also it would be helpful for a % of how many will be winners or pick 5 number lotto type module.

bank - users can deposit there user points in the bank and gain a percentage for a certain amount of time for example hours, days, months etc.

arcade - an arcade module that intergrates with drupal. Also an extra cool feature would be to charge users to play games with their userpoints.
