This was done by a vendor we had on a project, thought I would share the updates. I won't be able to support the code myself but should get the migration going or done. We are using this in a production environment for many months now. Enjoy.

Here's an updated version of the patch that fixes some more D6 to D7 code formatting issues.

I've tested the module, and it looks like the indexing at least works (that's all I really need—the array of domain ids added to the indexed solr documents). I would be willing to do more work on this module's D7 port if someone wants... looks like it's been a while since a commit!
